Veterinary assistants are the heartbeat of a busy animal hospital like ours. From helping collect diagnostic samples and assisting with X-rays to supporting anesthesia, surgery, and patient care, they work behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure every pet receives compassionate, high-quality treatment. Their days are fast-paced, demanding, and often unpredictable, yet they show up every day ready to serve pets and the people who love them.
At Town ’N’ Country Animal Hospital, we know that all that hard work takes dedication, heart, and plenty of miles on their feet. That’s why on Veterinary Assistant Week, we surprised our veterinary assistant team with a new pair of Fleet Feet shoes. It’s a small gesture compared to everything they do, but one we hope reminds them how much they are valued. (One of our core values is “TNC Values Team”.)
The work of a veterinary assistant can be physically taxing, emotionally challenging, and often messy, but they continue to give their all because they genuinely care about the health and well-being of every pet who comes through our doors.
We are incredibly grateful for our veterinary assistant team and the countless ways they serve our patients and their families. We hope these new Fleet Feet shoes help keep them comfortable as they continue doing what they do best: providing exceptional care with compassion, professionalism, and heart.
